  - Insert the above  paragraph as the new
    section 7, right before "SECURITY
    CONSIDERATIONS".

 - Update the table of contents  and re-number
   the old sections 7 and 8 (to 8 and 9).


If you prefer, I can send you the entire
updated document instead.
